Arakelyan's Amedeo Bassi post

Here Arakelyn has a very long English text that is copied from somewhere because the English is so much better than the one  spoken by Arakelyan that is terrible.  There is also a mixture of Kutsch & Riemens but no reference .  Arakelyan must be a genius. In his new version he cites his source
