Why did Arakelyan opened a new blog

Arakelyan's two blogs: Forgotten Opera Singers & Legendary were closed for repeated plagiarism of Historical Tenors, Fasolt and articles by Juan Dzazopulos and re-posting the pages deleted by the Blogger Team. To justify the cloing, he posted on another blog maintained by Emilio, the following:
